Semi-fixed Rehabilitation Technique with Implants

Our post this week aims to showcase a case that represents the Success and Potential of the “Semi-Fixed” implant treatment using the Locator technique.

SEMI-FIXED rehabilitation with implants was developed for patients who are looking for a better solution than traditional removable dentures but who, for financial reasons or lack of bone, cannot opt for fully fixed implant solutions.

This more affordable solution is supported by 2 to 3 implants, providing good retention for the prosthesis, which becomes semi-fixed and can be removed for daily hygiene.

Even though it is a semi-fixed solution, its functionality is very good and does not compromise chewing. Compared to conventional removable dentures, it is much better.
