Teeth in 1 Day – Case 8
Our patient came to us with a fixed prosthesis on implants in the upper arch, but the aesthetics did not correspond to what she wanted. In addition, there was a lack of several teeth in the lower arch, which compromised the functionality of the smile.
🔍 What did we do?
👉 Lower arch:
We started the treatment with a surgery to place implants and, on the same day, we performed the placement of a fixed temporary prosthesis, allowing the patient to quickly regain comfort and chewing functionality.
👉 After 6 months (osseointegration of the lower implants):
We rehabilitated the lower arch with a permanent fixed prosthesis, ensuring stability, durability and a natural smile.
👉 Upper arch:
The aesthetics were completely transformed with a new definitive prosthesis, taking advantage of the existing implants, which were in perfect condition.
